Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Professional with a strong background in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of taxation, compliance, and reporting, ensuring smooth financial operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Book Keeping and Accounts Payable & Receivable and oversee the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances as per Indian accounting standards.
- Reconciled bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Educational Qualification: B.Com and M.Com
- Experience: 5 to 8 years in real estate accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Tally, ERP-9.
- Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax.

Experience:
• Adequate experience in independently handling civil projects.
• Strong leadership skills to head and coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants.
Preferred Candidates:
• Retired SDOs (Sub-Divisional Officers) or Executive Engineers with hands-on experience in similar roles are strongly encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of civil projects.
• Manage site teams, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain quality standards, safety compliance, and cost control.
